What it does
Missed-call text-back
You're on a roof, under a sink, or with a customer. The call goes unanswered, and within a minute they get a text from your business asking what they need. Most people text back instead of calling the next name on the list.
Answers in your words
Hours, service area, what you do and don't do, roughly what things cost. It answers from the facts you give it and nothing else. If it doesn't know, it says so and gets you.
You get the real ones
When someone's ready to book or has a question only you can answer, you get a text with their name, number and what they asked, so you can pick it up without starting over.
The review ask, on time
Job finished, and a day later the customer gets a short thank-you with your review link. It goes out every time, not just when you remember.
What it won’t do
- It never pretends to be a person. People can tell, and they don't like being fooled.
- It doesn't make promises you didn't write down: no quotes it can't back up, no booking you didn't approve.
- You own the setup. If you ever stop working with me, it keeps running and the accounts stay in your name.
- If your call volume is low enough that a simple auto-text does the job, I'll tell you that and build the simple thing.
Why not a big agency
