Simple Project Agreement

This agreement is a simple outline of how MixedMakerShop projects work. It protects both you and the client and keeps expectations clear.

Project

MixedMakerShop will design and build a small business website for the Client based on the agreed scope.

Scope

The standard website build includes up to 5 pages.

Additional pages or special features may require a separate quote.

Timeline

Typical build time is about 2 to 3 weeks depending on how quickly content and feedback are provided.

Revisions

The standard website build includes 2 revision rounds.

Additional revisions are available if needed and may be billed.

Payments

Projects begin with a 50 percent deposit.

The remaining balance is due before launch.

Payments are made through a secure Stripe payment link sent by email.

Client Content

The Client is responsible for providing logos, photos, text, and any required business details.

If the Client needs help creating content, MixedMakerShop can help and may quote it separately.

Launch and Ownership

After final payment, the Client owns the finished website files and content created for the site.

Third party items such as fonts or licensed assets remain subject to their original licenses.

Hosting and Support

If the Client chooses hosting and support, it is billed monthly and includes basic maintenance and minor content help as described on the Pricing page.

Communication

The Client agrees to provide feedback and approvals in a timely way to keep the project moving.

MixedMakerShop agrees to communicate clearly and respond within one business day in most cases.

Acceptance

By starting a project and paying the deposit, the Client agrees to these terms.
